You know that submitting your blog RSS feed to as many directories as you can will give you more subscribers, more readers, and lots of backlinks. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of time to find the blog directories that accept RSS submissions. You then need to register with most of them and then wait for the email verification link then you can go back and log in to submit your RSS feed.
You could choose one of several services or software packages that do the submissions for you. Of course, those are not free and you may wonder if they are worth the price. Suppose you could submit your blog RSS feed to about thirty directories in less than thirty minutes for free?
Behold the blog RSS feed submit table below. I have listed only RSS directories that don't require registration and don't require reciprocal links. I've also set the links to open in a new tab or window depending you your browser and browser settings. I suggest that you use tabbed browsing and have it set so it opens new tabs instead of new windows. That way you can click on a row or column's worth of links and have them load in tabs in the background and then go submit your RSS feed URL.
If you have a brand new blog without many posts, you will want to wait until you have at least five posts to start submitting your RSS feed. Many of the blog directories do a manual review and they may not include your blog if there is not much content.
If you want to make sure your blog is listed in Google blog search right away you can use Google ping now and bookmark or link to this page and submit your RSS feed to the directories after you have added more posts to your blog.

If you find any of the above RSS submit directories no longer accept submissions without registration or have any other problems please leave a comment to let me know about it. If you find new directories that are fast and easy to submit to please also leave a comment about those.

I have a question...if you use Feedburner, is that the URL you should submit for your RSS feed? or the real one on your site?
You can use either one, but if you want Feedburner track the stats you either need to use the Feedburner URL to do the submissions or set your blog feed to redirect through Feedburner.
Very nice list. Some of those I had not found before and very convenient to link directly to the submission pages. Thanks.
